INGREDIENTS:

Shea Butter (Butyrospermum parkii): deep hydration, softening, barrier-support.

Mango Butter (Mangifera indica seed butter): rich emollient, helps seal moisture.

Kokum Butter (Garcinia indica): lightweight, helps improve texture, conditioning.

Avocado Butter (Persea americana seed butter): nourishing, makes skin feel supple.

Hemp Seed Butter

Oils and extracts:

Rosehip Seed Oil (Rosa canina): essential fatty acids, vitamins A/C, potential support for skin repair and tone.

Black Castor Oil (Ricinus communis): conditioning and protective.

Vitamin E (Ascorbid acid): Support healthier-looking skin and may slow visible signs of aging.

Directions: Use the Love Scent spoon to apply a small amount to clean damp skin and massage until absorbed. Use daily as needed.

Condition of returned items

Our body butter contains natural ingredients and does not include added preservatives. In extreme hot weather, the product may melt in transit or at your location. If this occurs, the product will slightly solidify again when cooled, but the texture may differ from the original product. The product remains safe to use.

Requesting a return or exchange

• Contact our support team within 2 weeks of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

• Please share your order number, a brief reason for return, and photos if the item arrived in a compromised state. 

• We will provide you with a prepaid return label (where allowed) or instructions for returning the item.

Refunds and credits

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received  and inspected.

• If the product arrived melted or texture-changed due to heat exposure, we may offer a partial refund or a replacement at our discretions.

• In some cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

Don't cover shipping or returns

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or not as described.

Damaged or incorrect items 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item as appropriate.

Preservatives and formulation notes

Our product is formulated without synthetic preservatives.

We recommend storing in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources to minimize melting risk during hot weather or transit.
